Agricultural laboratory

Empowering people with disabilities, this agricultural program teaches practical gardening skills that directly benefit their families especially those have a garden. The inclusive, team-based approach is suitable for various skill levels, fostering collaboration and a sense of shared purpose. Furthermore, the natural environment offers a therapeutic setting for participants to reduce stress and improve their overall well-being

In its greenhouses and outdoor gardens, the program offers a wide range of activities, including the cultivation of vegetables, herbs, fruits, olive trees, and ornamental plants. An important educational component is the involvement of local schoolchildren. By participating in simple, hands-on gardening, young visitors from schools and kindergartens, like those from "Bayt Illiqa," can directly apply their classroom learning and watch the entire growing process, from seed to fruit.
